What shipping methods are available?

At this moment all of our shipments are made by CTT Expresso directly to the address indicated. Alternatively, you can always pick up orders at the Traça store in Caldas da Rainha.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to all countries that have an active postal service, except for an indefinite period to the United Kingdom.

How much do shipping costs cost?

Shipping costs to mainland Portugal have a fixed value of € 4.99, being free for orders over € 50. Shipping to the archipelago of Madeira and the Azores is variable and automatically calculated based on the weight of the selected items, being free from 100 €.

How long does it take to get my order?

Between 1 to 2 working days.


What payment methods are available?

We accept MBWay, Multibanco (payment for services), bank transfers, credit cards, Paypal, and Cryptocurrencies.

Do I need to be a registered customer to buy?

No, registration of the customer account is not mandatory, but advisable so that when making future purchases, you do not have to re-enter the data.

How do I order?

Choose the product or products you want to purchase and press "Add". All products you add will be displayed in the shopping cart, where you can complete the purchase and proceed to checkout.

How can I find out where my order is?

To find out the status of your order, simply place the purchase ID or the email address you specified on the “Order status” page. Alternatively, you can consult the “My account” page.

How do I return or exchange a product?

Changing your mind is normal, if you want to return or exchange any item you have purchased, you have 30 days to do so. You can go to one of the stores or send us the item together with a copy of the receipt. If you have any questions, you can contact us through the available channels.
